We see adoption that is much more practical. Even halting.
For the most part, ecommerce teams at companies in this revenue range are too busy keeping the operation on the rails to investigate AI solutions that can help them scale going forward. They can’t focus on building AI-driven experiences that align with marketing campaigns, that are seasonally relevant and drive increased ROAS. They’re trying to keep their heads above water.
That is an issue. These brands are falling behind. Without AI, they are not able to deliver on the changing search and discovery requirements in an era of AI.
